Working with a therapist should be one of the best hardest things we ever do for ourselves. We can only get to the best of who we would like to be if we can trust the person helping us get through those hardest things. This is what I have to offer towards establishing and building that trust. I am and open and accepting person and I will listen to you without judgment so that you will feel fully heard and understood. With over thirty years of experience, I have found both that we are not alone in what we are experiencing--others feel as we do--and that we are all unique.
