About
My approach to therapy is centered around collaborative healing--a therapist should be a mirror that shines light on our resilience and healing capabilities. My work with clients draws from my professional training in several distinct methods, but the core of my approach is guided by my training in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). My services are a great fit for young professionals seeking to tap into their life’s full potential. I’m a match for those who feel held down by the heaviness of their past and are in search of a new way to look forward to a rich and promising future.
I work most effectively with clients using a short-term intervention model. Primarily utilizing EMDR, we will explore present day triggers, create a treatment plan for healing, and work together to heal the trauma that caused these pain points to form.
Wherever you are on your wellness journey and whether we work together or not, I want to congratulate you for taking this important step forward.
