Hello and welcome to my page! I am glad you are here, as this is a leap forward toward self-discovery and resolution. As you are on the hunt for a therapist who will be suited to your needs, I would like to share a little bit about my education, experience, and counseling philosophy to help you determine whether or not we are a good match.

My name is Lana and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Mental Health Service Provider(LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee. I graduated from Kent State University with a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015. Since then, I have worked with clients presenting with a variety of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, financial strain, and relationship issues. My counseling style is non-judgmental and reflective. I believe therapy should be collaborative and my approach combines elements of client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, existential, and motivational therapies.
