Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Lakisha Lester. I have been changing lives in various roles for twenty-plus years and in the mental health field for over 11 years. My approach My style of therapy is based on what the clients' needs are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy with me. Whatever it takes to get the job done is the method we will be using. The only requirement I have when working with a client is that we form a solid bond so that we can get to the root of the issue. My focus My services are available to anyone facing challenges and uncertainty. Many of the people I work with are struggling with depression, stress, and anxiety.
