I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years experience as a psychotherapist and a certified life coach. I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with many challenges stemming from depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, cognitive and behavioral issues, and familial and societal issues. I have worked with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. My counseling style is founded in Person Centered counseling combined with cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and rational emotive counseling. I strive to build relationships that emphasize compassion, sensitivity, and respect.
