My name is Lakale Sturdivant, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and currently a School Counselor. I have 16 years of experience in the mental health field including crisis counseling. I have worked with all ages helping them work through various concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, personal relationships, family issues, and more. My experience is varied and across many different settings, as I have provided group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy in community mental health agencies, school settings, hospitals, and jails. I received my Master of Arts in Agency Counseling from North Carolina Central University. My counseling style is warm and non-judgemental. I feel that counseling is a great aid to growth and healing.
