I work from a holistic counseling approach. I treat each client as a unique individual, and I work closely with each client to create a collaborative and open treatment plan which focuses on the goals they see as fundamental to their counseling work. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, such as mindfulness, reframing, goal setting, and guided discovery, each client and I will work together as a team to move towards their counseling goals and individual growth.
