Hello, and thanks for visiting! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly a decade in practice. I have provided therapeutic services in a variety of settings and presentations including Veteran's services, Offender and reintegration, Sexual health (sex offender and positive sexual health), Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), Anxiety and Panic Disorders, as well as adolescent therapeutic services. I am currently serving the SMI/SPMI and adolescent populations and I provide clinical supervision to 12 mental health practitioners and professionals. I am competent in working with LGBTQA+ clients, and practiced working with clients from a diversity of backgrounds. I utilize a range of treatment modalities and I tailor my practice to meet the needs and preferences of the clients with whom I practice. My primary theoretical orientation is based in the Psychodynamic theories, but I am adept in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, some Dialectical Behavioral therapy tools, as well as solution-focused brief therapeutic interventions.
