I have 20 years experience as a licensed mental health counselor in the state of FL. I received my degree at Rollins College. It's counseling program was ranked #1 in the Southeast when I was enrolled. I have provided therapy to adults from all walks of life, i.e. first responders, law enforcement officers, veterans, college students, parents, teachers, and retired.
My counseling approach is cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and humanistic. My counseling style is warm, interactive, respectful and compassionate . I commend and praise you for seeking to learn healthy strategies so you can thrive.
