My name is LaCortney Maddox, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in California, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children in day treatment, child protective services, private practice, substance use, residential treatment, and the public school system. I’m passionate about working with others who are motivated to change! Treatment modalities I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and more. I assist clients with understanding their strengths, needs, and triggers for behaviors they are trying to improve. My work with clients is a shared process in which the client identifies treatment goals and we work together to achieve them.
