Hello, I am LaConstica "Tressy" Smith, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of 2 years. I have been providing therapy for over 10 years. I provide Solution Focused Therapy to clients in need of therapy. I earned my Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Louisiana at Monroe. I served in the military for over 5 years prior to becoming a therapist. I've worked in many different clinical settings provide Psychotherapy, coping skills and in-dept systemic therapy. I am a therapist that believes in change. I am energetic, attentive and passionate. I have a very extensive knowledge of interpersonal familial relations. I have experience leading clients through, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, unresolved grief, marital issues and many other issues may arise. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I specialize in addressing anger and stress management, parent-child issues, anxiety, and depression. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you.
