About

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 10 years of experience providing mental health and substance use disorder counseling, and life coaching services. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, from anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, sleep issues, and substance use. I also have helped people with a history of trauma and abuse, as well as co-dependency and boundary issues.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and individual counseling. I will tailor our interactions, goals, and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I like to use what works best for a client, and if they aren't sure then we can discover this together.
