I am licensed in Minnesota with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with executive and professional coaching & compassion fatigue. I enjoy empowering and collaborating with BIPOC, LGBTQI+, youth and other under represented at-risk populations. I also specialize in blended family issues, family conflict, relationships concerns, high behavioral conflict and other areas of emotional and behavioral dysregulation. I have many skills to help support coping skills, cognitive development, and other skills that improve quality of life. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
