Welcome! I am glad that you are here and taking the first step towards a healthier, happier life. Whatever may have led you to my page, know that you are in the right place and we will soon address it, in order to get past it TOGETHER. I believe that a healthy client-therapist relationship is developed with a desire to build trust, by both parties. I am willing to take the first step by sharing some things about me. I am a married mother of two. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children, in the hospital, teletherapy, and school setting. I love helping others through talk and positive experiences.

While this style of therapy may be new for you, it is effective and allows for the flexibility that many need during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out and ask any questions that you may have or to address any hesitations that may be holding you back. It is not only my job but also my pleasure to help you through this process. This is new for most, but know that you are not alone.
