I have worked with a wide range of clients from all backgrounds, with an emphasis on treating veterans and their families. I value a person-centered approach to building respectful and collaborative relationships to empower the change my clients seek through therapy. My area of particular interest is in working with individuals during life transitions, dealing with childhood trauma, OCD, ADHD, loss and grief, transgender issues, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship struggles. My specialties include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and integration of Eastern and Western philosophies. Throughout my experience, I have enjoyed working with a diverse group of people, keeping the uniqueness of each individual’s experience, cultural and family background. When I am not focused on my clients, I enjoy my time practicing meditation (I love silent meditation), yoga, and enjoy playing the piano. Looking forward to working with you!
