I help people who are struggling with managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, and a number of other life stressors. Together we can work on identifying coping skills, finding and keeping your peace, and helping you balance your life. I also utilize a strength-based approach, which incorporates the skills that you already have, as those skills can be pivotal to your personal growth. Whether you're struggling with managing anxiety, depression, sobriety, or life struggles, I'm here to assist.
