Hello, My name is Kyrah Dickens, LMFT, and owner/CEO of Clear Thoughts Therapy & Beyond. I provide virtual psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for residents in California. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in Southern California. I’ve worked with diverse backgrounds including children, teens, adults, families and groups in community mental health, forensic psychology, victims of crime, outpatient clinic, and private practice since 2013. I have extensive training in trauma-informed treatment and is Trauma-Focused CBT Certified, EMDR trained, and a Certified Hypnotherapist. Specialty areas include anxiety, PTSD, past childhood traumas, conflict resolution, and low self-esteem. I utilize an integrated approach including CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Hypnotherapy, and Person-Centered treatment modalities tailored to meet my clients’ individual needs. I’m committed to helping individuals learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I provide a safe and warm space to work collaboratively to empower and help others to overcome life’s challenges and reach their goals while finding more joy and purpose in life. I’m currently accepting adolescents and adults for individual therapy services.
