As a therapist, I will create a safe and supportive environment as we travel this road together. I love to connect with clients through a holistic approach. Together we can work as you create an understanding of yourself and equip you with the tools to accomplish your goals. Healing is not linear and I will work with you to navigate your path to recovery, understanding, and self-love. I utilize several different approaches depending on your goals and experiences. I approach all individuals through a person centered and trauma informed lens to maintain a sacred healing space for everyone.
