I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & depression. I love getting to know clients’ stories, teaming up to make goals, and being their cheerleader along the way. My faith as a Christian is important to me, and I am excited to support you as a mind, body, and soul! I am ready to help you regardless of your worldview, and find that our beliefs impact our decisions and growth.
