Hello! My name is Kylie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Alaska. I graduated in 2016 with a Masters in Clinical Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I have worked in mental health for over 10 years, the last 6 of which I have been a clinician. In this time i have worked in community mental health, department of corrections, emergency rooms, in and out patient hospitals and addictions. Thus I have experience with psychosis, suicide, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, pain, chronic illness, and relationship problems.

My diverse experience (with an equally diverse Alaskan population) has provided me with the ability to see the whole person, the whole picture, as mental health affects it all. My passion is to work myself out of a job by teaching you the skills to be proud of your choices and life.

In meeting with me you will get a tailored experience, as different modalities are appropriate by case. I tend to provide solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness and person centered interventions to bring you to a space of peace.
