As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide evidence-based therapy to those struggling with anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, depression, social difficulty, and family transitions. My goal is to provide effective therapy in a supportive environment where my clinical approach is caring, collaborative and goal-directed. I am passionate about developing a strong therapeutic alliance with each client, and committed to providing the best quality of care . Because each person is unique, I create treatment plans that are specifically tailored to the needs of each individual drawing from "TEAM" therapy techniques, which are not necessarily part of a “school” of therapy, rather a framework for conducting evidence based therapy.

It is my belief that humans are resilient, and can learn new ways of interacting with their thoughts, feelings, and environments, with the help of a skilled therapist.
