Welcome!

My name is Kylee Nelson and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oklahoma. I have over 6 years of experience in the mental health field working with parents, families and children and over 3 years of experience as a therapist.

I have a special passion for working with mothers and the specific stressors that come with the challenges and blessings of motherhood. Motherhood can be a time of joy, blessing and contentment. However, it can also be a time of stress, overwhelm and can bring up memories from our own childhoods that aren’t pleasant. I enjoy talking with moms and helping them find ways to love themselves, give themselves grace and find balance in their day to day lives.

In addition to mothers, I have a special passion working with teens and young adults. There are many changes that happen between 15-25 that can bring about anxiety, worry, uncertainty, low self esteem and feelings of loneliness. Navigating the transition from teenager to young adult can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be.

My counseling style is focused on building a relationship, truly listening and providing empathy and support. I’m looking forward to being a support on your journey towards a more peaceful, balanced and content version of yourself.
