About

I am a licensed mental health therapist with nearly ten years of practice. I graduated from Ball State University and began working for Cancer Support Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free services to those impacted by cancer. I transitioned to Community Health Network where I continue to work part-time alongside my practice. My focus on the connection between client and therapist in order to facilitate healing and growth. I specialize in mindfulness, LGBTQ+-affirming services, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-worth, and trauma.
