Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. To provide some background about me I graduated from SUNY Binghamton with my MSW in 2012 and obtained my LCSW in 2017. A majority of my career has been spent working with victims of sexual abuse and providing psychotherapy to children and family's impacted by trauma. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive behavioral therapy and working with family systems. My experience is in working with relationship issues, grief, anxiety, trauma, abuse, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and family conflict serving teens, adults, and couples.

There is no doubt that life can be hard and confusing. There is nothing wrong with finding yourself lost and overwhelmed. It happens. It also happens that inside us all is the built-in strength to overcome the difficult things we encounter. As your therapist I am here to help you realize and connect with that inner strength to help you become your best self. I look forward to hearing back from you. I hope we will be a good fit.
