About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood days regulation, and personality disorders. I also have extensive training in trauma informed care. It is very important to me to help clients tell their stories through my training in CBT, DBT, ACT, solution focused, and trauma informed person centered treatment.

My counseling approach is founded on building a therapeutic rapport with clients and interactively providing support through out treatment. I believe in meeting everyone where they are and walking with them through their journey. I believe that everyone is the expert and narrator of their story and I respect all experiences as valuable. I work with the client on creating a treatment plan that meets the specific goals and objectives of each client.
