I currently am a LCSW in Oregon and working on getting licensed in six additional states in the coming months to aid in reaching more people in need of mental health services. I have over ten years experience working as a clinical therapist. My background includes a variety of clinical settings working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Within these groups I have gained an enterprise in working with issues to include: trauma, depression, self-love/confidence, discord in families and relationships, adjusting to life changes, and autism spectrum challenges. I pride myself in meeting the client where they are in terms of goals and modalities to accomplish these goals. I have training and experience in utilizing trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused. I am not afraid to dig into my tool box or seek training in other areas to better aid a client in them reaching their goals. I view clients not as one who needs help due to being helpless, but one who needs assistance from someone else to find their definition of utopia.
