I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My therapy style and approach mainly draws from Meaning Centered Psychotherapy with a Psychodynamic and Person-Centered focus. I utilize different modalities from Positive Psychology; Mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Strength-Based Therapy to empower my clients to face challenges and overcome problems they have.
