I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Alaska with over twenty years of experience working with people making change in their life. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in doing great things and overcoming things that challenge you. It take courage to recognize the need for change and to be willing to take that step. I am excited to meet you and work together to identify your goals and make plans to achieve them!
