Why me? I take a direct approach to helping you experiment with changes you need to make to get your life on track and feel better. I'll ask questions, challenge, probe. I'll hold up a mirror so you can see yourself, then make decisions from your core. I'll help you find your true self, whom you may meet for the very first time. If you're ready to take a deeper look, I'm all about awakening, integration, and treating the whole person. It's a transformative process that takes time. Intricately interwoven complexities call for multi-faceted approaches: individual psychotherapy, Brainspotting, meditation, energy-work, growth enhancing workshops and activities. I am a fully Certified Realization Process Instructor, proficient in all three aspects of Meditation, Embodiment, and Subtle-Self Work; EMDR and Brainspotting certified; and a Third Degree Reiki Master Therapist.
