About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who believes that you are the expert in your own life. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and bereavement, veterans, TSD, trauma, career challenges, maternal mental health, disordered eating, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I graduated from Monmouth University with my MSW, and I am a US Army Veteran and am comfortable with working in populations in the veteran and first responder arena.

My approach is to build a solid foundation of trust and rapport, so we can increase your quality of life in several areas. I believe that some of our labels and illnesses are actually our super powers, and creating a positive mindset and experience with them can help view life from a different perspective. I am trained in EMDR, and use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic Experiencing. I like to use grounding techniques when needed.
