Welcome! There comes a time in our lives where we need someone to talk. A safe place to feel what we are feeling. A place that holds no judgment and a place where we can process these feelings aloud without worrying about whose feelings may get hurt, or who may hear, or who may judge us. I am here to be that safe place. To allow you to feel and to process what you feel within our session. My approach as a therapist is client centered. I strongly believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. That they should determine the direction of their therapy sessions and goals.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in California. I have interest in working with trauma, abuse, anxiety, relationship issues, communication problems, parent-child relationships and a passion surrounding women’s health. I consider myself a Person-centered therapist but I also pull from multiple modalities because I believe that all of us are unique, our situations, and our experiences are all different. I have experience in using Cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused, Motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Art and Play Therapy.
