I am so honored and excited to have you in this space with me. Maybe you are looking for a therapist who can understand and relate to your experiences or maybe you are just simply looking for a nonjudgmental presence to walk along this journey called life. If so, then you are definitely in the right place. Let me share a little bit about myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience. I have worked in various non-profit settings including colleges, hospitals, military employee assistance programs, and grassroots community organizations. I tend to utilize short-term problem resolution and cognitive behavioral therapy to help shape conversations related to anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, purpose, and career counseling. In addition, I also offer faith-based counseling utilizing biblical principles to address spiritual concerns (if you so desire).
