I help tired, burnt-out adults find energy and passion for life again. I love working with men and women who are exhausted, not working on their self-care, and need help creating and maintaining boundaries. They’re ready to do the work, but they just don’t know where to start.

I provide a safe space for clients to warm up and get out of their shells. Using techniques like roleplaying, talk therapy, boundary-setting, and a healthy dose of humor throughout, we’ll work toward clear goals together in our 50-minute sessions. Life happens, so come with what you’ve got.
