Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 15 years in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger, and traumatic experiences.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. I believe in treating anyone with respect no matter their background. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and person-centered and group therapy. What works for one person might not work for the next.
