I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, and mood related disorders among teens and young adults. I also have experience working with teens and young adults struggling with communication, boundaries, self-esteem, life purpose, family conflicts, school issues, and anger. My background includes providing therapy in correctional facilities, a youth treatment facility, and group private practice. I use a combination of methods to include Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Also, I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and have experience providing support through hormone therapy.

Through individual therapy, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship because it can be difficult being vulnerable and open with someone you just met. Fostering a brave and nonjudgmental space is extremely important to me as I know this is paramount in the work we will do together.
