I am a therapist licensed in Illinois. I have over 30 years of experience and have helped many individuals of all ages to overcome obstacles and reach their potential. I believe it is important to treat everyone with respect and to guide them in the therapeutic process. I believe in starting where the client wants to start and establishing goals for solution-based therapy. I have worked with many clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and trauma.
