Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon. I have over 30 years experience working with clients dealing with grief, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, career and many other concerns. I utilize Family Systems Theory, as well as Client Centered Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy and dream therapy. I have many tools which may include the use of The Enneagram, The Johari Window, goal setting, meditation and dream work teaching.
I truly believe that each client has their own answers, path and resources which I can assist you in bringing out. My role as a therapist is to provide you with empathy and Unconditional Positive Regard. My first priority is to LISTEN: to your goals for therapy, to your wants and needs regarding therapy, and to assist you in becoming the best possible person that you want to be.
I feel that my 20+ years as a hospice social worker has enabled me to be very experienced with people from all walks of life.
