About

I'm an experienced and passionate psychotherapist, and have worked with people throughout the life span on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, family conflict, and addiction. I received my Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO, which focused on Buddhist principles and experiential practices, so my background is heavily rooted in mindfulness and somatic techniques. I practice a humanistic approach, believing that you have what you need within you to heal you, and I am here to help you find and access that. It's all about empowerment and finding what is right for you as an individual! I work alongside my clients, to access their truth and their voice in life, to step into their power, work through whatever it is that is negatively impacting them, and take back their lives in a meaningful and fulfilling way.
