Hello, I'm Kristy Have you felt anxious or overwhelmed regarding emotions, relationships or physical health? Is it difficult to find peace amidst your daily schedule? Is it difficult to be kind to yourself while you are caring for others? I help clients communicate effectively and find balance while setting boundaries within relationships to decrease stress. Together, we can identify what's not working and develop a plan to develop internal motivation for choosing healthier responses. We'll use a present moment focus, explore adaptive thought patterns and increase self-awareness to enhance personal growth. I also promote skill development for emotional regulation (e.g., anger management) and distress tolerance.
