I am a licensed LMSW in Michigan with 20+ years of professional work experience. Over those 20+ years, I have worked with clients of all ages, different chapters of life, and clients who have experienced many different types of hardships. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. It is my belief that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
