I am a PhD level, licensed therapist with specialization in treating stress, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship dynamics (including parenting and family challenges), trauma, grief, self-esteem and identity, career difficulties, and existential concerns. I offer support, objectivity, and concrete tools to help you meet your goals. I am a competent, open-minded, and genuine practitioner and will treat you with respect and non-judgment.
