About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults and families in health care, group practice and educational settings. I work with individuals, couples and families with the goal of alleviating problems with communication, relationship difficulties, anger outbursts, sensory processing issues, Misophonia, auditory issues, family stressors, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting, co parenting and various relational, behavioral, and mental obstacles.


My approach is an empathic and supportive style with active treatment that is informed by scientific findings.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), skills-based approaches and Mind-body awareness skills.
We will consider patterns in how you think, feel, and behave, and how shifting any of these can help you better reach your goals.
My goal is to equip you with concrete skills you can use to enact meaningful change in your life.I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
