I would describe myself as a therapist who is also a realist. I work with my clients to come up with solutions to what they are going through based on what is best for that individual. I believe in client centered care and focusing on what is important and relevant to that person. In sessions, we will try to focus on one topic at a time until we can come up with a plan. I allow my clients to lead the sessions, but if they are struggling, then I am there to help guide them. We are in this together as a team and will get through the struggles.
