I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in the state of Kentucky, and I have been counseling for approximately four years. I am highly trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have experience working with adults and couples experiencing life transitions, marital conflict, self-identity issues, anxiety, and depression.

Wherever you find yourself, I can be a help to you on your journey toward hope and flourishing. I desire to create an atmosphere that is compassionate, authentic, empathic, and non-judgmental.
