I am a licensed clinical therapist in Arizona and Nevada with many years of professional work experience. I started my professional life in the Arts, having earned both a Bachelor and Master degree in Music, specializing in vocal performance. I went on to receive a second Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University in Philadelphia. In providing client care, I am passionate about treating the whole individual, taking a systemic approach to therapy, recognizing that we are influenced by our families, relationships, community, and society. I believe in helping individuals find their voice and tell their story, and in so doing, discover meaning and find healing. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, depending on the goals and styles of the individual or couple. These include Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gotten Method, and Family Systems Therapy.

I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, communication issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
