Especially in times of crisis or transition, when the things we look to for our identity or sense of self are in flux or lost, we can feel lost ourselves. We wonder who we are, what we’re doing, and where we’re going. Our minds get foggy, we feel stuck and aimless, and we’re often overwhelmed by our thoughts. We get caught up in our emotions and forget what grounds and centers us.

As your therapist, I’ll hold space for you to explore and process your thoughts, sit with and learn from your feelings, and better understand how your past experiences affect your present and shape your future. I’ll help you find clarity, peace, and ultimately - yourself.

The answers you need are already within you. You already possess everything you need to feel good and whole and complete. You have everything you need to find purpose, meaning, and direction. I’d be honored to journey alongside you in this season of your life.
