Hello!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about 7 years of experience in the social services field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with numerous populations and a wide array of clients. I have also had the opportunity to address several mental, emotional, behavioral and relational concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, parenting issues, and more.

My professional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused Therapy, Aggression Replacement Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more. I enjoy utilizing a variety of theories, approaches, and evidence based practices to meet the specific needs of each client. As a counselor, I do my best to be open, accepting, empathetic, and present.

It's takes a lot of courage to seek change and reach out for help. It would be a privilege for me to be part of that journey with you!
