I am a Licensed mental health counselor in New York, with more than 15 years of experience in psychotherapy in various outpatient clinical settings. I continue to work with clients of various ages with a wide range of concerns. My therapy style is warm and interactive and I meet clients where they are at. I believe in treating everyone with respect sensitivity and compassion. My approach combines cognitive, behavioral, art, humanistic, solution focused and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and personal goals. I am aware of how difficult it can be to reach out for help.
