Hello! My name is Kristina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado with about 4 years of experience. My main goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey to healing. I enjoy working with a variety of different clients, and use mostly a humanistic and client-centered approach in my counseling. I will gently challenge you so we can plant seeds of growth together.

I have the most experience in addiction, depression, and anxiety, but have also worked with clients that struggle with family of origin issues, trauma, relationship, and attachment issues. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have found that trauma and early childhood experiences greatly impact our individual abilities to cope with "big" emotions. I enjoy uncovering the underlying issues to the "survival" skills that we develop, and helping clients gain insight in order to incite change.
