I am a Licensed Clinic Social Worker and Psychotherapist who has worked with children, individuals and families for over ten years. I have supported individuals and families struggling with an array of issues. Some areas I have specialized in are disruptive behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment and communication challenges. I utilize an array of evidence based practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing in my work. In addition to working as a therapist in California, I run an international 501(c)3 organization to support children internationally. I founded Speak 4 Silent Voices in 2010 to help improve the future of impoverished children in Kolkata, India.
